IN ORDER TO PAY MONTHLY, DUES MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF A VALID CHECKING ACCOUNT. UPON JOINING, THE PAYMENTS OF THE FIRST AND LAST MONTHS ARE REQUIRED.

INDIVIDUAL PLUS ONE WITH PRIVATE GOLF CART STORAGE

$1200 - Unlimited golf privileges for weekday and weekend play for an individual and one specified member of the household. Includes storage for said individual's private golf cart in cart barn provided by Deer Lakes. If you require another cart stall, a fee of $25 per month will be added to the existing dues. An additional $25 per month for spouse or dependent children of the age of 23 or under and living at home may be added to membership. Privileges are for said individual and one specified member only. All other guests must pay daily cart and green fees.

INDIVIDUAL EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

$1600 - Unlimited golf and cart fees for weekday and weekend play. Membership is for said individual only and does not include any privileges for spouse or other dependents.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

$900 - Unlimited golf fees for weekday and weekend play. Does not include cart fee. Cart fee rental is $15 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes. Membership is for said individual only and does not include any privileges for spouse or other dependents.

COUPLES MEMBERSHIP

$1100 - Unlimited golf fees for a married/engaged couple for weekday and weekend play. Does not include cart fees. Cart fee rental is $15 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes per person. Membership is for two said individuals and does not include privileges for any other dependents.

COUPLES EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

$1750 - Unlimited golf and cart fees for a married/engaged couple for weekday and weekend play. Membership is for two said individuals and does not include privileges for any other dependents.

FAMILY EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

$2000 - Unlimited golf and cart fees for weekday and weekend play. Membership is for a married couple and includes all dependents living at home and under the age of 23.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

$3,000 yearly fee (MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN JOINING) with a minimum (3) owners, officers or owner appointed employees of said corporation and their immediate family (spouses, and dependents living at home and under the age of 23). Includes unlimited use of 1 Deer Lakes fleet Club Cart golf cart and storage stall plus greens fees and cart fees for unlimited play weekend and weekday. Fee is $800 (paid in full) per membership for each additional designated owner, officer or employee of said company. Membership is for said corporation's members only and any guest must pay regular daily fees.
